Johan has over eleven years of professional experience in fire engineering, delivering solutions for a broad range of projects. For the last six years he has successfully led a team of 20+ people to deliver quality projects, build strong relationships, and support clients through an increasingly complex regulatory landscape.

Eric has nearly ten years of experience in both the UK and Australia. His portfolio spans a wide range of building types with particular expertise in complex residential schemes and existing buildings, delivering strategies that ensure safety whilst enhancing the wider design vision of the project team.

Catriona has eight years of experience as a fire engineer in the UK, leading design across sectors from film studios to hospitals. Her particular focus has been on complex science and research schemes and existing buildings, where engagement with end users is key to sustainable, practical and safe operations.
